Welcome to the Neighborhood

Our new memory care communities at Mother of Perpetual Help will make better moments for the older adults in our care. Your loved ones with dementia or other forms of memory loss will enjoy open living areas and eat together family-style in a central dining room where they can select their own meals from our healthy and delicious menu. Each household will have just 13 residents and a secure courtyard so residents can safely connect with nature.

Vibrant and Engaging

Our residents’ lives are purposeful and filled with engaging activities – from singing and dancing to exercise and arts and crafts classes – to encourage daily social interaction. Residents suffering from dementia are encouraged to continue the daily activities they performed at home. All staff is specially trained on how best to support residents positively and respectfully, leading to improved days for older adults with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Our communion of care creates a calming atmosphere where residents with memory loss thrive based on the many options we offer for their overall well-being. All activities are designed specifically to help the individual with memory loss reconnect with their favorite hobbies, interests, and memories.

The iN2L program offers content-driven engagement that connects older adults with the world around them. This technology creates meaningful experiences – including memory and music programs plus YouTube videos – so residents can interact with each other, their caregivers, and family members.
