The Dream Team
We feature an interdisciplinary team comprised of nurses, certified nursing assistants, dietitians, rehabilitation therapists, and activities staff who all participate in your loved one’s recovery. This team takes a holistic approach that focuses on improving the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of each resident.
Our highly trained caregivers remain proactive and responsive to your family member’s care requirements. Nursing staff and caregivers establish a healthy rapport with your loved ones dedicated to inpatient, short-term, and long-term care that highlights warmth and supervision. Our activity department encourages innovative recreation through group and individual movement.
The result: a successful recovery for every one of our residents thanks to our team’s professionalism and competency.
All in the Family
Mary, Queen and Mother Center’s skilled nursing community recognizes the importance of not only meeting each resident’s health care needs but also including family and friends when assisting with their loved one’s care plan. Family members are encouraged to participate as care partners when identifying areas in need of assistance.
Our skilled nursing staff works with various health care providers in our community to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents, who are assessed regularly to create a current care plan that is responsive to their changing condition.
We welcome residents of all faiths. Mass is offered six days a week in our beautiful chapel, and communion is distributed to those unable to attend Mass. Our pastoral care and social service staff are available for resident and family support.
A Commitment to Communication
Our continual connection creates an empathetic ear for concerns you have for your loved one’s well-being. We are different from a nursing home in that our team of registered nurses and therapists are proactively designing wellness solutions for your family member’s medical care.
We remain devoted to our residents and their level of need, which includes wound care; diabetic care; rehabilitation services; hospice; and occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy.
