Each of the three facilities, DuBourg House, St. Elizabeth Hall and Mother of Perpetual Help, is licensed by the Missouri Division of Health and Human Services. Each facility provides 24-hour protective oversight and security, three nutritious meals daily, personal care assistance, medication distribution and an emergency call system.
DuBourg House is an assisted living residence in the St. Louis Hills area of South St. Louis, dually licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. We provide a secure home for our residents, who want to enjoy their independence, but need a little assistance. We provide 24-hour protective oversight and nursing care for residents in private rooms. Respite care is available for short-term stays.
St. Elizabeth Hall is a CRSS assisted living facility dually licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. The facility is on the second floor of the Cathedral Tower, behind the St. Louis Cathedral in the Central West End. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and coffee houses, and Forest Park is just a few blocks away.
Mother of Perpetual Help is an assisted living residence on the CRSS Shrewsbury campus. It is part of a continuum of care for senior adults which includes Our Lady of Life Apartments (Senior Apartment Living) and Mary, Queen and Mother Center (Skilled Nursing and Rehab).St. Elizabeth Hall provides a secure home environment for its residents, who want to enjoy their independence, but need a little assistance.
