St. Clare of Assisi Senior Village is an affordable housing senior apartment complex located in Warrenton, Missouri, off Highway U – a short drive south and west of the downtown district of the city.

This complex is located on a beautiful three-acre site and features 19 one-bedroom apartments, including one accessible apartment for residents with a hearing, vision or mobility disability.

You may qualify for St. Clare of Assisi Senior Village if you are age 62 or older and meet federal income requirements. Each apartment rents for 30 percent of the resident’s adjusted income.
