Cardinal Ritter Assisted Living facilities offer independence for its residents who also need a little help. Each of the three facilities, DuBourg House, St. Elizabeth Hall and Mother of Perpetual Help, is licensed by the Missouri Division of Health and Human Services.
Mary, Queen and Mother Center specializes in long-term care, skilled nursing care and rehab, hospice and palliative care, and respite care. Our holistic approach to care provides support for the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each individual. Our activity department offers a variety of group and individual activities.
CRSS offers programs and senior living options for those individuals and their families living with memory loss, cognitive impairment, Alzheimer ’s disease or other forms of dementia. Our staffs are specially trained to provide excellent service to those residents and clients living with Dementia, and their families.

The CRSS Social Service Department provides seniors in the community with access to extensive services and support programs, information resources and referral services. The Social Services Department primarily provides services for senior adults living in their own homes as well as clients of CRSS senior apartments, assisted living facilities, the skilled nursing facility and the adult day program.
The Foster Grandparent Program is a volunteer program for seniors to provide stable, caring, and loving relationships with children who have special or exceptional needs. The Foster Grandparent program is a federally-funded program established in 1965. When you volunteer, you’re not just helping others – you’re helping yourself.
