St. Agnes Apartments is an affordable housing senior apartment complex in a uniquely renovated school building in South St. Louis City. Historic and modern are blended together in a pleasant harmony of function and style.
St. Agnes Apartments is opertated by Cardinal Ritter Senior Services (CRSS), an agency of Catholic Charities and the Archdiocese of St. Louis. You may qualify for St. Agnes Apartments if you are age 62 or older and meet federal income requirements. Each unit rents for 30 percent of the resident’s adjusted income.
This complex features 75 one-bedroom apartments. All residents have access to services provided by CRSS, including nursing, social services and a regular program of health maintenance.
