CRSS assisted living facilities offer independence with a little help. Each location is an Assisted Living Facility licensed by the State of Missouri. Twenty-four hour supervision and security, three nutritious meals daily, medication storage and distribution, personal care assistance, beautician services, laundry, housekeeping, transportation for activities and an emergency call system are among the many services available to all residents.

Tucked away in St. Louis Hills near Francis Park, DuBourg House offers a safe, secure home-like environment with a spacious lounge, chapel and patio area. The bustle of city life is a short drive or walk away. Residents have a personal care assistant to clean his/her room, do laundry, serve meals and more. Respite care for short stays is available. Mother of Perpetual Help Residence is designed to provide a lovely home environment that is a safe and secure alternative to living in his/her own home. Twenty-four hour care and attentive oversight helps make retirement years as full and active as possible. An Activity Director schedules exercise classes, lectures, crafts, games, parties, outings and much more. There is also an on-site chapel for religious services. There are studio, expanded studio, and one-bedroom apartments; 80 units. It is licensed by Department of Health and Human Services.
